A feature of Client Online Access and Xplan Touch is the ability to set a Video or a Note to show upon login. This feature could be used to provide important information or updates to your client.

1. Open the Document library by clicking Xplan  then Document Library.

2. Open the folder.

3. Click  to add a new Note. Type your message, news or request etc in the Note body.

4. To save a video click on the attachment tab. Click 
*Note videos should be in MP4 format.


5. Go to the Related Tab.


6.Selecting "Client Access" will enable Show at Login to appear. Select either the Note or the Attachment to show.


Note: This requires your clients to have the capability to view notes.
