Are you always changing your search filter to only show the Entity Status of "Clients"? You can change this default in the Preferences menu. It is located under Client Focus > Options. 

The Preference menu in Xplan allows you to tailor your user account and can make your daily use of Xplan more efficient.

If you have never looked at your Preferences menu, this is located above the Search box on the right side. It allows you to tailor areas like Diary, Tasks, Email Signature and Document Notes to suit your business practices.

We recommend that you take a look at the settings available to you as one of these settings may just help you use Xplan more effectively.

The Preference menu options you see will depend on the capabilities allowed by your Site Administrator.
