Using the Xplan Dashboard is a simple and effective way to monitor Client Birthdays. The widget shows the clients Date of Birth and Age.

On your Xplan Dashboard, select the down arrow beside the Main tab (under your company or dealer logo), select Add Widget and you can choose Birthday List from the drop drown list.

Client Birthday List reports can be generated by List > Entire List > Reports > Management Reports and selecting Client Birthday List from the drop down list. The search filter provides you with the option to search a specific date range.
