As a Financial Adviser, I want my clients to be able to spend time doing what they enjoy. The services provided by the team at Specialist PMC and Julie Tasker specifically have been invaluable to our Advisers and to Synchron Compliance. Time and time again they have shown their expertise and professionalism in their dealings with our Advisers, not only to help them with day to day tasks but to also rise above and anticipate industry requirements. When I asked a LinkedIn group who may be able to help us further develop our processes, I received two separate recommendations for Specialist PMC almost immediately. Whilst I have a reasonably good working knowledge of XPlan, my skills were limited when it came to coding, building wizards and developing threads.

I instantly found Julie and Melissa easy to work with, adaptable and very capable. My initial concerns around starting from scratch with a new process for a part of our business we expanded were soon converted to an appreciation of the in-depth understanding the team have of XPlan and how it would fit our needs.

Melissa has been great to partner with, efficient and tolerant of our changes we requested whilst building our phone advice modules. The end result is a custom made facility at an off the shelf price - it has been great value not only in a monetary sense but also in the solutions Melissa has come up with for us. I am glad they were recommended to me, and I would not hesitate to recommend the Specialist PMC team to anyone needing to develop new administrative systems or enhance existing processes.
